In the panel discussions, leading names of technology trends in the sports and entertainment industry will share their ideas. Yugen Group CEO Josh Yugen, Philippines’ star volleyball player Michele Gumabao, ATIN Perfume CEO Sabrina Co, and media creator/TA Ventures Venture Partner Richard Armstrong will delve into the impacts of web3 in the sports, media, and entertainment industries.

One of the most exciting parts of the conference will undoubtedly be the panel focusing on how football clubs in Southeast Asia and globally can use web3 and blockchain technology. United City FC President and CEO Eric M. Gottschalk and Blocksport COO and United City FC CEO Samir Ceric will join in a discussion moderated by AIBC Executive Director Olga Yaroshevsky. Led by forward-thinking clubs such as Juventus FC and Paris Saint-Germain FC, the benefits that blockchain technology can provide for fans, clubs, sponsors and partners will be discussed.

Filipino-American basketball player and Daredevil Media CEO Jared Dilinger, who plays for Barangay Ginebra San Miguel in the Philippine Basketball League (PBA), George Wong of The Sandbox, Magic 89.9 radio DJ Tin ‘Suzy’ Gamboa and PBA veteran basketball player Gabe Norwood will participate in this panel.

Jared Dillinger points out the overlapping aspects of sports and blockchain in an interview with SiGMA News: “Sports and blockchain mesh pretty well with each other, in fact when blockchain becomes invisible to the consumer, we will see an increase in both industries.”
