Quantum threat can catch crypto unprepared: BTC develops correlation with Japanese bonds, ETF exits continue

Experts warn against the threat of quantum while trying to recover crypto markets. Bitcoin develops correlation with 30 -year bonds. Meta shareholders rejected BTC, and the stablecoin arrangement is on the critical threshold.

The Asian markets began the day with slight recovery and increasing regulatory pressures in Bitcoin. Despite ETF outputs and global geopolitical tensions, the BTC re -increased above $ 106,000. However, the most remarkable warning of the day: the threat of quantum calculation can be at the door and the sector is still not prepared enough.

📈 Market Summary

Bitcoin (BTC): $ 106.402.39 - rose by 0.9 %. The weekend recovered after ETF -based exit.

Ethereum (ETH): $ 2.539.04 - rose by 3 %. Powerful response purchase from $ 2,500.

Gold (Gold): $ 3.371.40 - 2.1 %rose. As the dollar weakened, the demand for safe port increased.

Nikkei 225: 0.36 %rose. Positive air continues in Asia Pacific.

S&P 500: 0.4 %increase. US-China trade tensions were ignored.

🧠 Analysis: BTC Moving with Japanese bonds

Macro strategist Weston Nakamura suggested that Bitcoin has recently developed Japan’s 30 -year -old government bonds instead of US stock exchanges. This may indicate that traditional correlations are broken in global markets and the effect of the Japanese financial system on crypto increases.

This interesting correlation suggests that new risk models should be developed for investors.

🧨 Quantum Threat: Is it a silent approaching crisis?

Analyst Rick Maeda from Presto Research says that the crypto industry is completely unprepared for the Quantum Computing threat. According to Maeda, the majority of blockzincirs are based on ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptography), and these systems can be easily broken with machines with sufficient number of quantum lice (logical qubit).

🗣️ MAEDA:

“Today, panic does not require, but preparations should be linear and continuous. It will be too late to take action when the actual threat arises.”

Maeda said that investors did not support Quantum -resistant solutions because they could not see economic return. This may be the weak belly of the sector.

💼 META shareholders often rejected Bitcoin investment

Meta’s proposal to allocate a part of a cash reserve of $ 72 billion to Bitcoin was overwhelmed with only 0.08 %support.

📉 shareholder suggestion:

It was presented by Ethan PECK (Strrive Wealth Management) and National Center for Public Policy Research. Objective: Use Bitcoin as a reserve asset against inflation.

Meta had previously stepped into the crypto with Libra Stablecoin attempt, but withdrew with regulatory pressures. The company is still working on stablecoin -based payment systems on platforms.

📈 Meta shares rose by 3.5 %, $ 670.09

🧾 Stablecoin Law (GenIus Act) is going to critical voting

The US Senate is preparing for the final vote for GENIUS ACT to regulate stablecoin exporters. However, the draft law is at risk of shading with irrelevant regulatory additions (eg Credit Card Competition Law).

Blockchain Association and Crypto Council for Innovation called for senators:

“This law draws a clear frame for players such as Tether (USDT) and Circle (USDC).”

The likelihood of the law to pass through the Senate is considered to be 60-65 %. However, the approval of the House of Representatives will also be essential.

Today there are quiet but deep waves in the Asian markets. Although the price of Bitcoin is recovered, both quantum risk and macro corrections sign a new pricing regime. On the regulation front in the United States, either a historical stablecoin law will be issued or the crypto sector will be condemned to uncertainty again. Therefore, it is a necessity for the sector to develop proactive defenses not only in price but also in technology and law infrastructure.
