Crypto billionaire Tim Heath, who attempted an attack in Estonia, managed to escape by biting the finger of one of the attackers. A gang of seven people in connection with the incident is being tried.

Australian crypto billionaire Tim Heath was attacked by fake paint masters in the stairwell of his house in Estonia in July 2024. According to information expressed in the Estonian courts, Heath managed to escape by biting the attacker’s index finger.
📍 The attack took about 30 seconds. Heath lost a tooth, but a part of the attacker’s finger was found 100 meters away.
🧑💻 The attack plan dates back months ago
According to the Estonian press, the gang of seven people followed Heath for months. The GPS tracking device was placed in the vehicle and physical supervision was performed.
The plan was as follows:

Allahverdiyev, a citizen of Azerbaijan, one of the attackers, is a former boxer and wrestler. During the attack, he tried to close Heath’s mouth, but his finger was bitten. The other defendant is Ilgar Mamedov, Georgian citizen.
Allahverdiyev argued that 100,000 euros were promised and trying to cancel the attack at the last moment.
Mamedov rejected the crime, claiming that he was “accidentally coming to Estonia”.
Najaf Najafli, who is thought to be the organizer of the plan, is two more deserted.

A few weeks after the incident, Heath was sent photos of the apartment via Telegram. 30 Bitcoin (about 3.3 million dollars) was requested in return. Heath did not respond to messages, but prosecutors say the threat is still continuing.
